It is during a day dedicated to the presentation of the Tamkine Foundation and a round table on the theme: "New Information and Communication Technologies: a lever for the qualitative improvement of education in Africa", that the Tamkine Foundation, taking advantage of the occasion and the presence of consuls of African countries based in the city, launched on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, its new program "Tamkine Ifriqiya" from the city of Lâayoune, the portal of Morocco to Africa par excellence.
